Linda's Story

“The Lord answered my cry and kept me safe from all harm”
My name is Linda I was incarcerated for almost 2 1/2 years due to mistakes I made in 2015. I have been clean and sober for almost three years. I wouldn’t be where I am at without the support of a wonderful spiritual team that originated out of Hope and a Future Ministries, the Freedom House and my family.  Most importantly I found and have God by my side. By putting the Lord first I have been blessed in more ways than I can count. Recently I was given the opportunity to move in with my sister (Amber) who has been very patient with me through it all. With the approval of my parole officer I moved from the Freedom House. I am so thankful that I now get to be with my daughter (Janelle) Full time, because she was robbed of time with me. We no longer live apart!  Read Psalms 20… I assure you God’s word is true and real! It is such confirmation to my story of how God heard my cry and kept me safe from all harm.  Sincerely, Linda
